The Upper Great Lakes Family Health branch in Sawyer recently broke ground on a new site for their business. Among the new additions includes a comprehensive pharmacy for patients.
The new site looks to assist residents with limited access to other healthcare centers.
“We are very hopeful that probably in January we’ll be able to make the move over,” said Primary Care Director of Operations Haley Seagle. “Then providing services maybe around February or March out of our new facility.”
“We’re super excited,” added Nurse Practicioner Emily Starr. “This is my 12th year at Upper Great Lakes, so being able to share this space with them is gonna be really exciting.”
The new space will allow Upper Great Lakes to continue serving the community with medical healthcare.
