POUND, Wisc. (WZMQ) – A Kingsford man and woman have been arrested for possession and intent to deliver meth and fentanyl.
Following an investigation, a traffic stop was conducted by Marinette County Sheriff’s Department deputies in the Town of Pound on Monday, March 25, 2024.
Michael D. Richtig and Casey L. Secrist, both from Kingsford, Michigan, were arrested and have been charged with
- – Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine PTAC – Repeater
- – Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl (>1-50 G) PTAC – Repeater,
- – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia PTAC.
- – Richtig was also charged with Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place PTAC – Repeater
- – Secrist charged with Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place PTAC.
As a result of the traffic stop, 31 grams of methamphetamine and 10.2 grams of purple fentanyl were seized.
Marinette County Sheriff Randy Miller reports that as the result of an investigation involving investigators from the Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Group-Marinette/Florence and the Michigan K.I.N.D. Team.
