ESCANABA, Mich. (WZMQ) – Escanaba officials are investigating the cause of an apparent garbage truck fire Tuesday morning.
Public Safety officers responded to smoke coming from inside a City garbage truck on 7th Avenue North. The trash was dumped out in a nearby lot, and crews remained on scene for a few hours.
WZMQ 19 is working to obtain more information about the incident and will provide an update as details become available.
