MACKINAC COUNTY, Mich. (WZMQ) – The suspect in a stabbing that took place on August 21 has been arraigned on multiple charges.
On August 24, 18-year-old Maxwell Phillips of Little Lake was arraigned on one count of attempted murder, one count of assault with intent to murder, and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. His bond was set at $500,000 cash/surety. He is scheduled for a probable cause conference on September 1, and a preliminary examination on September 9.
