ESCANABA, Mich. (WZMQ) – Delta County is coming together to support a family who lost their home this week.
On Wednesday, a Perkins home burned to the ground in a structure fire. The residents made it out of the blaze unharmed, but the house was a total loss. Now, they are in need of some essential items.
During business hours, Drifter’s Family Restaurant, Tractor Supply Co., and Super 8 in Escanaba are collecting household items, food and gas gift cards, monetary donations to help pay for temporary housing, and clothing. The clothing sizes needed are listed below.
– Adult female – medium shirt, size 8 pants, size 8 shoe
– Adult male – medium shirt, size 30/34 pants, size 11.5 shoe
– Teen female – XL shirt, size XL pants size 8 shoe
– Teen male – medium shirt, size 30/34 pants, size 11.5 shoe
