ISHPEMING, MICH. (WZMQ) – One of Ishpeming’s favorite delis is back open for business. Ralph’s Italian Deli, famous for its classic cudighi, closed its door back in may of 2022 for renovations as it downsized the restaurant. After 9 months of moving and renovations, the popular deli reopened its doors yesterday morning.
The owners said the traffic in the shop has been consistent, and fans of the shop have been excited to get Ralph’s award winning cudighi again.
Bruno Gervasi, the owner of Ralph’s, said he actually on his way to retirement. His plan was to sell the Deli, but Gervasi said when even the new owners of the building asked him to keep Ralph’s going, they made the decision to renovate the back half of the old Deli.
Ralphs is open 10am to 7pm, Tuesday through Saturday’s , located at 601 palms avenue just through the round about in Ishpeming.
