MARQUETTE, Mich (WZMQ) — The Marquette Fire Department was dispatched to the Birch Grove Mobile Home Community for a structure fire early Friday morning.
The home, located at 500 Pioneer Rd. Lot 12, was fully engulfed in flames by the time the fire department was enroute to the scene.
The fire department, with assistance from the Marquette Police Department, confirmed all occupants were out of the residence, and adjacent structures. No injuries were reported in the incident.
The scene was cleared at approximately 4:19 a.m. The fire is still under investigation.
The Marquette City Fire Department was assisted by the Marquette City Police Department, Marquette Township Fire Department, Chocolay Township Fire Department, UPHS Unit 140, Marquette Board of Light and Power, and Semco.
