From now until November 18th, the Bennet Media Group is partnering with “Bundle Up MQT” for another clothing drive collecting warm apparel right on Washington St. in their gold box out front.
“This event is very simple, but, we have received, probably, it’s hard to say thousands of donations over the last two years for this event so this is just people that go out and buy new clothes and new socks and go and just hand it over for strangers to come to take with no oversight.”, says Anna Dravland.
On Saturday, November 19th, from 10 am-5 pm, anyone can go and shop the donations along the fence to take what they need to stay warm. The clothing will be hung in the outdoor park area of Sandy Knoll Elementary School.
