26 recruits graduated Monday from the Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy and will join law enforcement agencies around Michigan.
23 of the 26 were sponsored in the program, three of which will be joining the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office.
The graduating class completed the 16-week, 800-hour program with a class grade average of 90.
The next academy is set for next year.
