LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZMQ) – Two Daggett residents have been arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, January 28, the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a Lake Township residence as part of a criminal sexual conduct investigation. Two individuals, 44-year-old Travis Scott Thiry and 38-year-old Rocquel Anne Irving, were arrested and taken to the Menominee County Jail.
Thiry was arraigned on five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (person under 13) and one count of accosting children for immoral purposes, alcohol – sell/furnish to a minor. He remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a $750,000 cash bond.
Irving was arraigned on three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (person under 13), three counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of accosting children for immoral purposes, one count of gross indecency between females, and one count of alcohol – sell/furnish to a minor. She remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a $750,000 cash/surety bond.
The investigation remains ongoing.
