MARQUETTE, Mich, (WZMQ) – This weekend Down Wind Sports and the Marquette Police Department (MPD) will be at Lower Harbor Mattson Park, showing off their E-Bikes.
The E-Bike Extravaganza will give people a chance to learn about the different kinds of e-bikes, the laws surrounding e-bikes, and even a chance to get to test drive one.
“Test riding a bike is really really important,” said Down Wind Sports Co-Owner Todd King, “because they’re sitting at home and they have a lot of apprehension, they may not know what they bike can do for them, so this event allows them to hop on the bike, to test ride the bike. It might answer questions right away, and they might even have more questions after they test ride.”
The extravaganza will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday May 11.
