Frontal system moving through will take out the snow by mid morning. As winds shift to the WNW, lake effect bands will develop late in the day, mainly in the traditional snow belts. These bands will continue this evening with a couple of inches in the steadier bands, but less than an inch for Marquette. Wind chills drop below zero this evening on a very cold wind.
