WINTER STORM WARNING
Baraga & Marquette Counties could see the first winter storm of the season over the next 2 days, so please make sure you are well prepared if you need to travel. Stock your vehicle with a flashlight, food, water, and a blanket for emergencies.
Dense, wet snow may lead to reduced visibility for travel conditions with gusty winds 45-50 mph, possibly breaking tree branches and/or causing power outages. Higher terrain inland from Lake Superior could see 8 to 16 inches of snow, while the Michigamme Highlands expected to see up to 2 feet of snow.
