MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Following a busy fourth of July, the Downtown Marquette Wednesday Night Farmers Market was back to its steady flow of visitors this week.
Each Wednesday, handmade crafts aren’t exactly hard to come by, but each tent has its own unique flair. This includes jEeight Creations on their second summer in the market.
The eight member family woodburns, handmakes, and sells their own assortment of cutting boards, magnets, and keychains using various wood types. Owner Lori Jandreau says their most popular sellers are where they all started, their earrings, which come in all shapes and sizes.
“We have all kinds from sports to dogs, to the U.P. and the Great Lakes, anything that’s a little bit different,” she said.
JEight creations was also a vendor at the Lower Harbor Park Freedom Festival this year, and says they saw plenty of activity last weekend. You can check out more on their Facebook page.
