HOUGHTON & HANCOCK, Mich. (WZMQ) – From June 1 to June 4, the Michigan Department of Transportation will perform routine bridge washing on the Portage Lake Lift Bridge. The cleaning operations will require traffic flow changes.
Motorists should expect intermittent lane closures on the bridge each day between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., as well as from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
