THE U.P. BOAT, SPORT, AND RV SHOW RETURNS

MARQUETTE, MICH. (WZMQ) – The U.P. Boat, Sport, and RV Show is making waves in Marquette this weekend.
The annual event brings together outdoor enthusiasts from across the region to check out the latest in boats and recreational gear. From the popular kids’ fishing pond to luxury campers, the show had something for everyone.
Legendary charter fishing operation Kimar’s Charters was on hand to showcase their famous charter trips out on the big lake, trolling for those trophy lake trout. Kimar’s is marking 50 years of bringing anglers to Stannard Rock in search of world-class lake trout.
” We are going on 50 years of bringing people to Stannard Rock for a once-in-a-lifetime fishing experience. We have boats, campers, motorcycles, and everything for the outdoors. This show has it all,” said Sarah Kimar, show organizer and owner of Kimar’s Charters.
Organizers say the show is a great way for families to plan their next getaway while supporting local businesses.
