ST. IGNACE, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Mackinac Bridge is closed to traffic due to weather conditions.
The Michigan Department of Transportation announced the closure just before 10:30 a.m. on Thursday. According to the Mackinac Bridge Authority, “hazardous ice” is falling from the bridge cables and towers.
