Three touchdowns against Roosevelt
HOUGHTON, Mich. – Michigan Tech redshirt sophomore wide receiver Nic Nora has been named the Week Nine GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
The Kingsford, Michigan, native recorded a career-high three rushing touchdowns in the 56-31 win over Roosevelt at Kearly Stadium on Saturday. In total, Nora rushed for 59 yards on six carries with a long of 21 yards while catching three passes for 53 yards, including a long of 33 yards. His career day helped the Huskies move to 7-2 overall and 4-1 in the GLIAC
Nora and the rest of the Huskies will take to the road for the final time in the regular season, traveling to No. 25 Grand Valley State on Saturday, slated for a 2:00 p.m. kickoff.
