MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – On March 4, a Gwinn man was arrested on multiple felony charges after a domestic incident in West Branch Township.
Louis Hemphill is being charged with first degree home invasion, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault causing great bodily harm, aggravated domestic violence, resisting/obstructing a police officer, and a felony firearm charge.
Hemphill appeared in court for a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon, but the proceedings were adjourned due to a scheduling issue with one of the witnesses. His examination has been rescheduled for April 30.
