INGALLSTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZMQ) – A Menominee County man is dead after a single-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon.
The Menominee County Sheriff’s Office says it happened around 3:44 p.m. on M-35 and Million Dollar Rd. Deputies were advised that one person was entrapped in the vehicle and not breathing.
Deputies found a pickup had left the roadway and struck a large tree, causing the airbag to deploy. The driver, a 64-year-old Cedar River who was the sole occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office at 906-863-4441.
