MARQUETTE, Mich, (WZMQ) – The Mariucci Family Beacon House is holding its third annual Grill & Chill fundraiser on June 27th.
The Nashville themed night will feature a grilling contest, whiskey tasting, and three popular country recording artists including Tim Nichols, Stephen Mariucci, J.T. Harding.
Beacon House’s CEO Mary Tavernini-Dowling said the event provides around a fourth of the funds it needs to operate for the whole year.
“All of these loving, caring things that we do,” said Tavernini-Dowling, “things that we’ve seen make such a difference to our guests, being able to have fresh food in the refrigerator, do those hot meals in the day, this event makes that happen.”
