MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – A new downtown sandwich shop is bringing late night bites and east coast cuisine to Marquette.
Sandos Eatery had its grand opening this Wednesday, the business is located on Third Street in the former location of Rotations Deli.
According to the 3 owners of the shop the menu features majority local ingredients and sandwiches like cheesesteaks and meatball subs. Sandos hopes its menu and late night hours will serve the entire community.
“Trying to cater to local musicians, bartenders, cab drivers, people who work in the mine, people who don’t normally have options besides fast food or frozen pizza,” said Craig Colombo, co-owner of Sandos Eatery.
The business will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 11 am to 11pm and Friday through Sunday 11am to 3am.
