ESCANABA, Mich. (WZMQ) – Sunday, November 19th at around 10:04 PM, Escanaba Public Safety Department responded to 6501 H.25 Rd in Wells Township for a house full of smoke.
An off-duty officer told dispatch that flames were coming from the back of the residence. When officers arrived on the scene, the back of the house was almost fully engulfed with flames.
No injuries were reported. Police officers battled the fire for around 5 hours and stayed at the scene for 2.5 hours.
