MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Tuesday is Halloween, and trick-or-treaters were out in full force.
Dressed up as everything from pirates to Pennywise the clown, kids and families hit the streets of Marquette in search of treats.
The desire for candy overcame the snow and freezing temperatures. One trick-or-treater, Abigail Swanson, said the weather was part of the experience.
“Honestly, it’s not that cold. We had a lot colder a few years ago, but, I mean, you just got to bear with it. It’s part of Michigan, and you just got to keep trick or treating,” she said.
It just goes to show, rain shine or snow, there’s no stopping Yoopers when it comes to candy!
