MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Golf enthusiasts will soon be able to hit the links year round in Marquette.
U.P. Indoor Golf is set to open next week, located at 1121 W Ridge Street. The business is located inside the new AdvantEdge sports facility.
The business has 2 indoor simulators that will allow golfers to play on famous courses from around the world. It’s even possible to follow along with the pro’s and play the same course and hole a professional is playing as you watch it on TV.
The simulators can hold up to 6 golfers each, although pricing is based on 4 players, and will be rented by the hour. Golfers can choose to play a round of golf or to hit the range and fine tune their skills.
“The software is definitely good enough for high end golfers, who want to keep sharp all winter long during our long off season, but we also have games that kids can play on the simulators,” remarked Andrew Mattson, who owns U.P. Indoor Golf with his wife.
U.P. Indoor golf will have an open house this Sunday from 12 until 5 p.m. The business will be open everyday except Monday. For more information visit here.
