MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ)- Marquette’s newest brewery celebrated its grand opening over the weekend.
Kognisjon Bryggeri, which began service in Marquette a month ago, had live music, giveaways, and special prices on Saturday night to thank community members for their support so far.
The brewery used to operate in Ishpeming but has relocated to third street in marquette. Kognitions owners say they have felt very welcomed by the Marquette community and look forward to the rest of the summer.
“We have always felt the more people come in and try our beers, if you like beer at all you’re going to like our beer, I never had a question about that,” remarked Jay Clancey, the owner of Kognisjon Bryggeri.
The brewery is open everyday from 11am to 11pm.
