NEGAUNEE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Veterans and their families and friends gathered today at the Negaunee VFW post to celebrate and remember fallen service members.
The grills were fired up and all types of food was served to attendees. VFW Post Members say the gathering was a nice way to wrap up memorial day services.
“These brave men and women helped build the foundation of our nation, and without them we couldn’t enjoy the things we enjoy everyday,” remarked Stephen Herman, a VFW Post Member.
