MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Marquette Police Chief Ryan Grim is announcing the end of the official search for 21-year-old Trenton Massey.
Chief Grim said they have exhausted all of their resources without making any progress on finding Massey. Massey was last seen on video captured on a WZMQ sky cam at about 3:30 a.m. on February 22 near the Ore Dock. Since then, hundreds of people from NMU and the Marquette community have been search land while authorities used dive teams near where Massey was last seen.
While this is the end of the official search, Grim said they will continue to follow up on any tips they receive. WZMQ will continue to update this story with any other information that becomes available.
