ESCANABA, Mich. (WZMQ) – A Delta County business is expanding its wellness services in Escanaba.
On Thursday afternoon, LeverEdge Chiropractic held a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new facility.
LeverEdge co-owner Kevin Noel says in the new space, his team can finally open LeverEdge Fitness. LeverEdge Fitness offers exercise programming and 24-hour access to the facility.
Noel says LeverEdge’s mission has always been to benefit the community by integrating healthcare and fitness.
“We’re working with people doing obviously adjustments, manipulations, but we do soft tissue work and then go over exercises with people to make sure that they stay moving and feeling good long after they leave our office,” Noel said. “I always tell people If I’m doing my job great, you shouldn’t have to come see me over and over again for the same thing. You should just kind of know how to handle these things on your own in the future because you learn how to do that here with us.”
At the ribbon cutting ceremony, LeverEdge held raffles and served food. Proceeds from both will go to the U.P. Honor Flight.
