MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Registration for the 23rd annual Lake Superior Community Partnership (LSCP) Golf Outing that’s happening later in the week, is open.
This fundraiser organized by the LSCP is put on to support economically vibrant communities all across Marquette County and to also help members of the community learn and continue to network. With lots of activities for players to participate in the event is a great opportunity to not only see people that you my know, but to also make new connections with people who you don’t.
“This is a premier networking opportunity here in Marquette County,” says Christopher Germain, CEO of the LSCP “we’re on our 23rd year so we usually see 75-90 golfers from businesses and local governments, and other key organizations across the county. It’s just a good opportunity for folks to get together, pay some golf, and network.”
This scramble featuring teams of four is taking place at Greywalls Golf Course Thursday, June 15 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. but the registration is open now until 10 a.m. the start of the outing. A registration fee of $160 per person ($180 non-partner) or $640 for a foursome ($720 non-partner) will include greens fees, a shared golf cart, range balls, lunch, post-golf social hour, drink tickets, various golf contests, and large networking opportunities for any participant.
