MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ)- For the third year in a row, the special events committee at Northern Michigan University is preparing to host its trunk or treat event.
Student groups on campus have volunteered to decorate their cars and spend a day handing out to candy to children.
The event was originally planned to provide a safe alternative to trick or treating during the early days of the covid pandemic.
The event is free to attend and there’s no need to register or RSVP.
The drive-through trick or treat event will be held this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot behind the Berry Events Center.
