More rain coming for end of week

by WZMQ 19 News
May 4, 2023
A A

For tonight, expect mostly cloudy skies with rain showers working from south to north. Marquette will likely see some rain in the morning, with a few showers lingering into the afternoon towards the east. A flood watch and few river flood warnings remain in effect into Friday as snowmelt and rain showers continue to heighten the local flood risk. More rain is slated for the end of the week and we could be talking about another 1″+ in some spots by the end of the weekend. Luckily, showers taper early next week, and we can expect a stretch of warmer and drier weather for second half of next week.
