Sunny skies and a stiff northwest wind can be expected for this afternoon and tomorrow. Winds tomorrow are not expected to be as strong as today, but dangerous swimming and boating conditions will continue. Temperatures will rise to the 80s for Thursday and Friday afternoons, but tomorrow we will stay around 70 degrees for our high temperature. A cold front pushes through late Friday which could bring an elevated risk for showers and storms for the afternoon and evening timeframe. We will have more on that storm threat tomorrow as short range models track it further. You will indeed feel the cold front Saturday as high temperatures could drop nearly 20 degrees from Friday’s 80s to around 60. Temperature in the 60s and dry conditions can be expected for the weekend, with 70s coming back early next week. Enjoy the sunshine!
