Satellite has shown a few clouds have moved into our region this afternoon and we expect these clouds to stick around overnight. A slow moving storm system will lead to shower and thunderstorm chances through Sunday. Storms are not expected to severe in nature, but some cells may produce heavy rainfall and frequent lightning. Always be sure to head indoors when thunder roars. Afternoon high temperatures remain nearly constant in the upper 70s into this weekend, however cooler temperatures will be possible early next week when fair weather is once again forecasted to settle in. Enjoy the pleasant evening as it’s looking like conditions won’t be quite as nice for the remainder of the week!
