Samuel McKnight joined WZMQ 19 News in 2023 as a multimedia journalist.
McKnight is from Marquette and spent time at Marquette Senior High School as the executive producer of the school’s news and sports program REDspn.
Currently a student at Northern Michigan University (NMU), McKnight is working on a double major in acting and multimedia production and a minor in film.
McKnight also loves acting and has been in numerous theatre productions throughout high school. He now acts in NMU’s theatre and digital cinema productions.
