MARQUETTE, Mich. — The Northern Michigan University hockey team will auction its game-worn, home ’30th Anniversary’ jerseys during the game against Lake Superior State on Friday, February 20, 2026.
Along with the Anniversary throwback jerseys, there will be select remaining jerseys from previous auctions this year that will be available one last time for purchase.
Fans who are at the game on Friday will have a chance to purchase authentic NMU hockey jerseys. There will be no online bidding available. Tables will be set up at the West end of the building, above the student-section and opposite the Zamboni doors.
Bidding will start at 6 PM and end at puck drop of the third period. If you are a winner, you MUST pay for and pick up your jersey immediately following the end of bidding. Both cash and credit card payment options will be accepted. There will be no shipping available.
Names on the jerseys have been removed, but the respective ‘C’ or ‘A’ have been kept on the front.
Winners will claim their jersey at the bidding tables before the end of the game. Any jerseys left unclaimed after the end of the game, they will be deferred to the next highest bidder. That person will be contacted via phone for the next steps.
