MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – A petition created on change.org to keep Marquette’s Planned Parenthood open has received wide attention already.
It was announced on April 2 that Planned Parenthood of Michigan (PPMI) would be closing its Marquette, Petoskey, and Jackson locations by the end of the month, sparking opinions on both sides of morality across the state.
In less than a week, over 6,500 supporters have signed the petition to keep the clinic open.
