IRON COUNTY, Mich. (WZMQ) – An Iron River man faces charges of terroristic threats towards Iron County residents and children online.
Few details are known at this time. On Wednesday, Jan. 23, Michigan State Police troopers from the Iron Mountain post responded to a terroristic threat complaint. A 40-year-old man, whose name is withheld pending arraignment, was taken into custody and schools were notified of the arrest prior to the beginning of the next school day.
The incident remains under investigation. MSP troopers were assisted by the Iron River Police Department.
