GLADSTONE, Mich. (WZMQ) – A Gladstone man faces multiple charges related to viewing child sexually abusive material online.
The Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, says 27-year-old Timothy Alphonse DeBone is charged with three counts of child sexually abusive material- aggravated possession and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
DeBone was arrested following an investigation that began when police learned he was viewing the illegal material on the internet. Digital evidence was seized from his home.
If convicted, DeBone faces up to 10 years for the CSAM charges and up to 20 years for the computer crime charges.
