Students at Northern Michigan University are back in the classroom.
They’re also deciding which clubs and job opportunities they want to pursue for the school year. There are certainly a bunch of options which was made clear on Monday at Fall Fest. From campus police, to sports clubs, to WZMQ, there were plenty of organizations to check out.
It’s something not many of the students are taking for granted. “We were here tabling for a while to get other students interested, but know we want to go see everyone else too,” said Sabrina Ferron, a nursing student.
Others use the opportunity to meet some new people. “There’s a lot of new people and a lot of new faces I’m seeing,” said Max Faulkner, a freshman.
Fall Fest ran from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
