MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – ‘All Rolled Up’ had its grand opening today at Drifa Brewing Company.
The new food truck’s menu is comprised of entirely eggrolls, with menu items including things like the ‘Ruben Hood, Rolls in Tights’ eggroll, and the ‘Pizza be with you (and also with you)’ eggroll.
All Rolled Up’s owners said they decided to do an eggroll truck because it’s flexible, and they haven’t seen anything else like it in the Marquette area.
“As far as food trucks go, that was a missing piece of the market that we thought we could add to and also benefit from,” said Co-Owner Hannah Snow, “and then yeah we just love eggrolls so…”
All Rolled Up will be visiting breweries around Marquette throughout the summer, and hopes to be able to cover some UP festivals in the future.
