“A large brick storm water pipe collapsed, which has closed Second Street between High Street and North Street. The area is closed off, and we ask that people avoid the area. We are currently assessing how it is going to impact the roadway, as well as the remainder of the line. The City has already engaged with engineers and contractors to determine repairs and availability, which will be complicated by the upcoming rain forecast for the area. We will share more through City channels as we learn more.”
