MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – A newly opened restaurant chain in Marquette held a donation dinner this evening. From 3 PM-10 PM, Texas Roadhouse was donating 10% of your meal to Northern Lights Child Advocacy Center, a center assisting families and children after a traumatic event.
Folks looking to participate only need to bring in the event flyer or show it on your phone.
“There is help out there and there are people that care and want to make sure that when children and families are experiencing something traumatic or maybe not you know it’s frowned upon or hidden that there are people out there that care and they don’t have to hide in dark place and there’s people who care and services out their for them,” commented Store Marketer Mandy Anglen.
