MARQUETTE, Mich. – Congressman Bergman in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, will be holding four Zoom webinars to provide information and assistance to eligible businesses attempting to navigate the Economic Injury Disaster Loan process.
How Can Your Business Benefit?
If your business has been affected by the unseasonable lack of snow, you may be eligible for federal Economic Injury Disaster Loans provided by the Small Business Association (SBA). These loans are designed to help businesses overcome the economic impact of disasters, including the ongoing federal drought declarations in the affected counties.
The webinar dates and times are as follows:
Session 1 – Friday, April 19, 2pm-3pm
Session 2 – Tuesday, April 30, 11am-12pm
Session 3 – Thursday, May 16, 2pm-3pm
Session 4 – Tuesday, May 28, 11am-12pm
(All times in EST)
Each session will feature a public affairs specialist and a field specialist who will discuss information provided by SBA and offer further instruction and guidance for those in attendance. The webinars will also have a question-and-answer segment, allowing the specialists to provide any further clarification that attendees may need. Each event will offer the same information, so business owners will only need to attend one event. The webinars will also be recorded for post-viewing.
Attendees will be required to register for the webinars. Once registered, they will be sent information on how to join for their selected session.
