MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – It may not look like it, but summer treats are back on the menu, even with the snowy weather. Frosty Treats opened up today at 2 PM, giving ice cream cones, cyclones, and smoothies to a handful of people braving the cold. The flavor of the week is pistachio.
Although the snow might put a damper on a cold treat, Frosty Treats knows it won’t stop the community from getting their sweet treat.
“We had a rush probably for the first half hour and hopefully once the schools get out today then more people will come, you don’t have to worry about your ice cream melting,” commented Frosty Treats Employee Kailey Brandt.
