NEGAUNEE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Contrast Coffee will be officially opening it’s Negaunee location doors!
On Friday February 9th, Contrast Coffee in Negaunee held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark their entrance into the Negaunee business commerce.
Contrast now has five locations throughout the Upper Peninsula, with their newest location in Negaunee opening up tomorrow, February 10th. The new location took the place of the closed down Beef-A-Roo and is located right off of Highway 41.
“Everyone’s so excited really our tag on this coffee is community, so we’re just so excited to be in this community being able to serve,” said Chris Cheney, CEO of Contrast Coffee. “Food and coffee and so many other things on the menu that people in this town really enjoy.”
This new location has been a thought for a couple years now but this summer the project finally took hold. Contrast staff spent the final days before the grand opening learning how to serve and finalizing some last touches.
“Can’t wait to start serving some great food and great coffee,” said Cheney. “Just be an active part of this town.”
Contrast Coffee is open everyday 5:30 a.m.- 8:30 p.m..
