MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Northern Michigan University held its annual winter job fair on Wednesday, March 22nd.
From 1-4 pm on Wednesday, in the Northern Center, students got the chance to meet over 80 employers with job opportunities all across the state and even some from as far as Chicago.
“What I love about wildcats is they’re typically pretty humble so they’re not used to talking themselves up and so when they come to these types of events they get to practice that and especially with employers that are really caring and genuinely interested in recruiting here,” said Director for Career Services Katie Korpi
