MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – On Tuesday, February 21st the Marquette Food Co-op prepared for their Fat Tuesday.
All day they have prepared rice, beans, fried chicken, gumbo, and Jambalaya in their hot bar.
“Fat Tuesday is only once a year this menu is only once a year. Forget about the snow forget about the grey get on in here and cheer yourself up with some really fun and festive food”, said Outreach Director Sarah Monte.
