Third Coast Pizzeria provides free Thanksgiving meals for community

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – For the last 15 years, Bryan French, owner of Third Coast Pizzeria, has provided the community with free Thanksgiving meals. French has provided these meals through churches and at Third Coast.

“We are taking care of people that don’t always get taken care of,” French said. “There’s human contact issues with people on holidays that they may not normally receive that they’re getting today.”

French said that the free turkey dinner would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the volunteers.

“We’ve got such a great group of volunteers,” French said. “They give everything they have, they’re super polite, super friendly, they’re wanting to make people’s day as good as they can just like I am.”

The free turkey dinner was from 12-3 p.m. with donations going towards The Women’s Center.
