MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Over the weekend Revolve CC hosted another collaborative creative conference in Marquette for creative professionals of the Midwest at the Masonic Square Mall.
“The community in Marquette is incredible,” Madison Eazsol, director of marketing for Revolve CC, said. “The creative community is just second to none. It’s absolutely great, everybody is so welcoming. Everybody’s willing to collaborate, everyone’s willing to have a chat.”
The unique experience for Marquette brought keynote speakers and a ‘speed-networking’ event to help creative professionals further their project idea. The ‘speed-networking’ event on Saturday, Rapid Resources, was co-hosted by Innovate Marquette SmartZone, Invent@NMU and Lake Superior Community Partnership.
“Basically it helps us learn and grow and promote our own creativity, our creative business, things like that,” Eazsol said. “It provides us the opportunity to network with other people in the area, help us find jobs, mentors, things like that.”
Although Revolve CC has concluded for the year, future dates can be found on their website or social media pages as the time moves closer to next year.
